Yes, it is possible, and simple.  Labia contain estrogen receptors that when stimulated cause the labia to grow.  By selectively applying estrogen or phytoestrogen cream to the  portion of labia you desire to enlarge, you can create more balanced  labia.  If you wish to continue the growth of both labia after this, you will likely need to apply more cream to the labia which was originally smaller as it probably has fewer estrogen receptors which led to its smaller size.  Estrogen/Phytoestroge cream can be found at many heath food grocery stores.

Wow, what a great surprice to get such a letter! I really enjoyed to read it. One of the cool things about this web site is also to be able to talk with awesome people. I would just wish that it was more common knowlegde that large labia is a turn on to many people. Okay I must admit that I did have some boyfriends (including my current boyfriend) complementing my pussy before finding this web site but I didn't really believe them because I didn't see it as an option that people could actually prefer it like that or think that it was pretty because of the bigger size. People should know that it is normal to find it sexy so they believe it when they hear compliments. I didn't realize it before hearing it from so many people at the same time in this web site and in some danish debates I read on the internet. The one I am familiar with is called Estro-Care by Life-Flow.  It is aimed mostly at PMS & perimenopausal symptoms but works fine in other departments too.  Other than this one I am not sure.  However, when I went in found what I belived to be a very knowledgeable lady who had tried several of the brands there and liked this one best.  I do know one of the choices had a smell that I didn't like.  Beyond that, I don't know about other brands, sorry.  Remember, this isn't an instant "cure" but over the course of couple of months, you should see some nice growth.  And as a bonus, you will have an excuse to play with your labia twice a day (not that you need an excuse)   :^)
